Where are you located?

Our home is located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  We’re close to Harrisburg (the capital), Hershey, and Gettysburg. All of our products are made in our home.

How long will you take to process my order?

5 business days (or less).  Our products are handmade to order. 

How do I exchange/return my item?

Due to the nature of our very small business (handmade, seasonal, and limited edition products) we do not offer exchanges/returns.  However, if you have received a product that was damaged in transit or is defective in any way please reach out at hello@muddypawscandleco.com Please include your order number so we can quickly reference your order details. 

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store? 

No.  Our products are available for purchase online and in-person at local artisan market events. 

I bought one of your products at a local event and love it! When will you be back in my area?

Do you sell wholesale?

Our business is very small and everything is handmade.  We do not offer wholesale.

How often do you release new scents?

Spring/Summer Collection runs from April - July

Autumn Collection runs from August to September

Holiday Collection runs from October to December
